Our client, a leading Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience (ONLY) in venture capital and/or mergers & acquisitions to join their nationally recognized ECVC practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most innovative startups, investors, and high-growth companies across technology, life sciences, and emerging industries.
About the Role
As an ECVC Associate, you'll play a key role in advising founders, executives, boards, and investors on strategic transactions and governance matters. You'll lead deals, manage client relationships, and work closely with industry-shaping businesses from pre-seed to pre-IPO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage venture financings, M&A transactions, and other complex corporate matters
Advise founders, CEOs, and management teams on company formation, capital raising, and exits
Counsel investors and venture capital firms on emerging growth opportunities
Work with clients across cutting-edge sectors, including AI, digital health, fintech, life sciences, defense tech, and gaming
Collaborate with top-tier colleagues across multiple offices in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
