Job Description

Job Description/Skills: Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Seattle, WA, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Can work remotely on Monday and Friday. Description: Create, maintain , and execute an engagement plan for the Program Change Network, including meeting cadences, virtual engagement tactics (Teams), email correspondence, and more. Support distribution and delivery of cascaded communications and trainings to a high number of stakeholder groups. Assess, track and report on the effectiveness of Change Network engagements and brainstorm tactics for improving engagement if need be. Coordinate & compile presentation decks and other communications items for the Change Network as well as update and maintain the programf InfoHub on SharePoint. Collect, track and respond to questions from Change Network members and stakeholders, in coordination with the communications team. Support the training team by reviewing and proofreading training materials, engaging trainers, maintaining the SharePoint training site, supporting training meetings and additional tasks as assigned. Must Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, employee engagement or human resources. Ability to communicate clearly via email, chat, and both virtual and in-person presentations. Solid writing, content organization, communication, copyediting and critical thinking skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Ability to receive and assimilate feedback as well as answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Keen attention to detail as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rolling deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint; Smartsheet (or other project management tool); and SharePoint. Integrity, initiative, humility, humor, good judgment, flexibility, curiosity and great listening skills. Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with UKG and/or HCM platforms. Experience with manufacturing, mixed union/non-union employee environments, or the transportation industry. Experience with a variety of training modalities. Change management or project management certification. Familiarity with visual design principles. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Pay Range: $40.00 – $47.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Health & Medical Benefits, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Time applicable by state.
