Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Employment Associate to join a nationally recognized law firm.

Location: Seattle, Washington
Experience Level: Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience
Bar Admission: Must be a member (or pending member) of the Washington State Bar

About the Role:
This attorney will play a key role in a collaborative employment practice, handling employment litigation matters for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will bring experience from an established defense firm and possess a broad understanding of both federal and Washington employment laws and regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and support employment litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Advise clients on workplace-related issues, policies, and compliance

  • Work closely with partners and clients to deliver exceptional, proactive legal service

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $225,000–$330,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Eligible for discretionary bonus
