*Employment Litigation Attorney (3-5 Years' Experience)**About This Opportunity**Remote - *(Must be California based)*Employment Type:* Contract (1099)*About the Role*We are looking for an experienced *employment litigation attorney* (3-5 years) to assist with drafting *demand letters, complaints, and related pleadings*. You'll work directly with clients to develop the facts and strategy, using client materials that are already organized and ready to go.*Responsibilities** Draft demand letters, complaints, and other pleadings in employment cases* Work directly with clients to gather facts and refine claims* Incorporate client-provided documentation into case filings* Collaborate with our team to develop case strategy and next steps*Qualifications** J.D. and active bar membership (California preferred)* 3-5 years of *employment litigation* experience* Strong legal writing and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines* Excellent client communication skills*Compensation:* $115-$130 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability to work independently*Location:* Remote*Additional Info:*This is an immediate need — interviews will be scheduled as applications are received.*Independent Contractor Notice*This position is structured as an independent contractor engagement for licensed California attorneys.
