Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and a passion for advocating for clients in various employment-related disputes. Client has offices nationwide and offers excellent growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation related to employment disputes, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case development.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Advise clients on employment law matters and provide guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes as needed.
- Stay current on developments in employment law and litigation trends to provide informed legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Experience with Wage and Hour, Workplace Harassment, Traditional Labor Law, and Employment Discrimination cases.
