Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)
Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 annually

Job Description:
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join a leading international law firm’s New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with strong credentials and a focus on high-stakes employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support litigation matters involving employment law, including single-plaintiff and complex disputes

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Support clients on a broad range of employment-related litigation issues, including wage and hour, trade secrets, discrimination, and class actions

  • Contribute to legal strategy and case management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of substantial litigation experience; employment litigation experience strongly preferred

  • Trade secret, pay equity, or class action experience a plus

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Law firm experience required

  • Must be admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar

Compensation:
The anticipated annual salary range for this role is between $310,000 and $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
