We are an international law firm that provides high-level advice on complex corporate transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters. Our practice is recognized for its innovative and creative approach to client challenges, working with a wide range of clients including corporations, financial institutions, government entities, startups, and nonprofits. The team spans more than 20 offices across major global financial hubs, fostering a collaborative and diverse environment that emphasizes cross-border teamwork and client relationships.
We are looking to add multiple Energy & Infrastructure Projects Mid-Level Associate to join the New York team. We are seeking Mid-Level Associates, with 3-6 years of law firm experience (class years 2019-2022) to join the team in either our Houston, New York, or Washington, D.C offices. An ideal candidate must have strong financing experience - experience with Debt & Tax equity financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Project Development Transactions involving energy and infrastructure projects.
RESPONBILITIES
- Represent clients in project finance, M&A, and joint venture transactions involving energy, infrastructure, and related assets
- Advise on debt and tax equity financings and project development matters
- Collaborate with partners and clients to structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals
- Support clients through all stages of project development, from origination to closing
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD or equivalent from a top-tier law school
- 3–6 years of relevant transactional experience at a law firm (class years 2019-2022)
- Strong background in financing transactions; experience in energy, infrastructure, or project finance preferred
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- High academic achievement and a commitment to quality and client service
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting salary range: $260k - $395k/annually (actual salary is determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
