A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (Higher Education).Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a portfolio of existing higher education institutions, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesDevelop account plans, track utilization and outcomes, and lead renewal strategies while managing the procurement processCapture customer feedback and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in SaaS account management or customer growth, preferably in higher education or public sectorDemonstrated success in managing renewals and expansions in complex environments with formal procurement cyclesProficient in Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Highspot, and Google WorkspaceAbility to quantify ROI and navigate legal/security reviews effectivelyHigh integrity, ownership, and a strong commitment to customer advocacy
