Job Description
One of TEKsystems top customers is looking for an enterprise architect.
This position is on site 5 days a week
Must be US C itizen
W2 only
150k with 5% bonus (157.5)

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
Medical/Dental/Vision Group Health Insurance: Coverage is available at a competitive monthly
employee premium for single and/or family coverage. It is effective the first day of the month following
your hire date or, if your hire date is the first day of the month, it is effective on that day.
Life, AD&D/Supplemental Life Coverage: The Company pays for term life coverage at two times your
annualized base salary level and for AD&D coverage at no cost to you. Additional life insurance through
our supplemental plan is an elective.
401(k) Plan: You are automatically enrolled in our Plan at 3% of your base salary effective on your hire
date. Your contributions and the Company's matching contributions to the plan and to any
earnings are immediately vested. You may contribute between 1% and 50% of your earnings
to the legal maximum amount. The first 3% of pay contributed will be matched at 100%, the
next 2% is matched at 50%.
Direct Deposit: You are required to participate in our direct deposit program which offers a wide variety of
deposit options. Cleaver-Brooks employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account: Are available with qualifying health insurance
options.
Salary Continuation & LTD: We offer salary continuation for short-term disability benefits of up to six
(6) months at 100% of your current salary. Long-Term Disability benefits for exempt employees are
available to you at no cost and paid by the Company in the event you are unable to work due to accident or
illness after your Salary Continuation benefit is exhausted.
Holidays: We currently have eleven (11) paid holidays annually.
Paid Time Off (PTO): You will be eligible for PTO in accordance with the company's Paid Time Off
(PTO) Benefits policy, as outlined in the Employee Handbook. PTO follows a calendar year, and your full
PTO balance will be made available on January 1st each year. PTO is accrued weekly in equal installments
over 52 weeks, and you will receive a full week of accrual even if you work a partial week.
