Job Title: Sensor Production Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Sensor Production Associate, where you will be responsible for building full product sensors from pre-fabricated materials. Your role involves following detailed work instructions to assemble individual components, ensuring precision and quality. This position is ideal for candidates with previous electronics experience or small parts assembly expertise.
Responsibilities
- Follow written work instructions on an iPad to build sensor components.
- Perform mechanical assembly of product shells.
- Execute box build and wire bonding processes.
- Package completed products for distribution.
- Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, and wiring tasks.
- Proficiency in production and assembly processes.
- Soldering and electronic assembly skills.
- Ability to read schematics and perform inspections.
- Mechanical aptitude and competent use of hand tools.
- Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Small parts assembly is mandatory.
- Verified good attendance and reliability.
- Soldering experience is an advantage.
- Experience with SMT Machine Operation is beneficial.

Work Environment
Work in a calm and quiet shop with a clean and spacious environment. The production line is open and based on a line-based production setup. Shifts run Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, and Saturday from 6 am to 11 am. Expect a 50-55 hour workweek with required overtime. Ensure this schedule commitment aligns with your long-term goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
