Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leadership to review and redesign existing company job descriptions.
- Analyze current documentation and draft improved versions that clearly communicate role expectations and requirements.
- Standard Work Documentation Update: Audit and update Standard Work documents associated with job roles, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility.
- Integrate AI tools to streamline the revision process and enhance overall document quality.
- AI Integration: Research and recommend AI applications to improve HR document creation and maintenance. Experiment with generative AI and content analysis tools to drive project efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings with hiring managers to gather feedback, clarify job responsibilities, and capture evolving business needs to include them in the updated job descriptions.
- Project Reporting: Prepare periodic updates on progress, challenges, and recommendations related to assigned projects.
