Compensation:

Your earnings potential in the first-year ranges between $60,000 and $80,000, alongside the perks of uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with business owners via our state-of-the-art SalesForce technology.
  • Consult with business owners and HR representatives regarding essential benefit programs.
  • Implement effective company systems to create partnerships with businesses and empower their employees.
  • Deliver benefit enrollment services tailored to business needs.
  • Achieve production and growth objectives on weekly, monthly, and yearly bases.
  • Coordinate weekly activity plans with the leadership team for effective execution.
  • Maintain adherence to the proven activity model that fosters success.

Qualifications:

  • Professionalism is paramount, both individually and for the company.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, are needed.
  • A willingness to learn and be coached is essential.
  • A desire to impact the community positively is crucial.
  • Good organizational and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Position is not remote and requires local travel.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is required.
  • Passing a background check is a prerequisite.
