Job Description

TCI has an immediate need for a Remote Epic Applications Specialist in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C. NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card). SUMMARY The Epic Applications Specialist develops, maintains, and supports clinical application systems while following established change control processes. This role provides system troubleshooting, analyzes business and clinical needs, and recommends solutions to management. The analyst serves as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, assists with implementation and training, and ensures technology aligns with organizational and industry requirements. Provides guidance to junior analysts and works independently on most phases of system analysis and programming. Work Arrangement: This position offers the flexibility to work from home. However, employees may be required to complete training or attend business-related meetings on-site. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina. REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience. OR 5 years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s Degree. EPIC Certification is required. Remote work available; work hours are Eastern Time Zone. This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
