Location: Onsite – Louisville, KY
Salary: $130,000

Position Summary
The Epic Revenue Cycle Manager will lead and oversee revenue cycle operations and system optimization across Epic. This role serves as a key liaison between Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Billing, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient revenue cycle processes. The manager will support build strategy, operational workflows, performance improvement initiatives, and Epic system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue cycle optimization initiatives across Epic, including PB, Claims, Cadence, or Prelude workflows.
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to design, build, and optimize Epic configuration to support revenue cycle and access operations.
- Evaluate current state workflows and implement scalable improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to reduce denials, improve cash flow, and streamline processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication between Revenue Cycle, Clinical, Finance, and IT teams.
- Support Epic system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all Epic configurations and workflows meet organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle operations or Epic access workflows.
- Strong understanding of Epic system build, work queues, charge capture, scheduling, and downstream revenue cycle impacts.
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Epic Certifications (not required but strongly preferred)
- Epic PB, Claims, Cadence, or Prelude (any are acceptable)
Work Arrangement
- 100% onsite in Louisville, Kentucky
