The Equipment Specialist II is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and calibration of tooling associated with HPLC and Core-Shell production. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and service-oriented individuals.

This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Column Production Team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform some pump maintenance, including seal replacement.
  • Assemble reservoirs, restrictors, adaptors, and other small tools required for production of HPLC and Core-Shell products.
  • Inspect, maintain, and calibrate tooling on varying frequencies as required. Documents maintenance and calibration history.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2+ years of Experience in Production/Manufacturing.
  • Perform routine technical tasks, additional projects as directed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Machine shop experience
  • Ability to read blueprints or drawing
  • Typically requires vocational training, or technical or trade schooling.  May have a college degree but not required.

The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
