This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established ERISA team that advises financial institutions, asset managers, and plan sponsors on a wide range of fiduciary and regulatory matters. The practice is diverse, providing exposure to private funds, credit agreements, structured finance products, and ERISA compliance issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, precision in writing, and a deep interest in the intersection of law and finance.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
1–4 years of experience in ERISA fiduciary or related regulatory work
Strong writing, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
Experience advising on financial transactions and understanding ERISA-related regulatory considerations
Exposure to private funds, credit agreements, or structured finance transactions (preferred but not required)
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice or eligibility to obtain it
Compensation: The anticipated salary range is $225,000–$310,000, depending on experience and class year (2024–2021).
