Job Title: Esthetician Position Summary: Award winning and luxury location, Zanya Spa Salon is seeking a licensed and passionate Esthetician to join our team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of skin and body treatments to our guests while helping them achieve their beauty and skin goals. Key Responsibilities: *Perform skin and body consultations to determine appropriate treatments, services and home care regimen. *Provide facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Hydra Facials, waxing and other skincare and body treatments. *Educate guests on proper skincare routines by recommending service plans and home care. *Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of our treatment room at all times. *Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge by attending company sponsored training. *Assist with product sales, recommendations and promotions. *Build and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business. *Excellent work ethic and passion for the industry. Qualifications: *Valid Esthetic or Cosmetology license as required by the State of New Jersey. *Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred. *Strong knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments. *Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with our guests. *Ability to work in a fast paced, upscaled environment, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. *Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings. *Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
