Job Title: Estimator - Commercial Construction Location: Houston, Texas Type: Direct Hire Contractor Work Model: Onsite System One is partnering with a Commercial Construction Specialty Contractor in hiring an Estimator to work out of their NW Houston office. 2+ years experience Estimating commercial construction Must have solid experience estimating materials and labor either for a General Contractor or Subcontractor. Can read drawings and specs in detail. Looking for opportunity to shadow and train under Senior estimators to learn and grow within a niche specialty Has existing contacts in the industry Comfortable on the phone interfacing with clients, developing relationships. 100% in office.
