Estimator at Flex-Staff

Job Title: Estimator

Pay Rate: $24/hour-$30/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full time, 44 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm and Friday 7am-3:30pm

Length: Temporary to hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

What You’ll Do: 

You will be providing accurate pricing, routings and materials from customer supplied blueprints. 

• Identify labor, material, and outsourcing requirements 
• Study proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Figure set-ups and run times 
• Generate accurate estimates of time and costs 
• Verify job routings, materials and applicable
• Complete requisition forms, estimates/quotes for custom metal fabrications 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of Estimating experience is required
• Must have experience in the fabricating or welding industry 
• Previous experience reading blue prints is required
• Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
• Must be able to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• JobBOSS software experience is a plus
