What you will be doing:
• Find and win new business through creative outreach and authentic networking
• Build lasting relationships with local, social, and corporate clients who trust your touch
• Host site visits that make people fall in love with the venue (and with you)
• Negotiate event details and contracts with confidence and care
• Design proposals that tell the story and sell the experience
• Keep your pipeline on track and your goals in sight — organization is your superpower
• Work hand-in-hand with culinary and operations teams to make every event shine
• Be the calm in the chaos on event days — making sure every guest leaves happy

What you bring to the table:
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or event sales (restaurant, hotel, or venue)
• A proven ability to create new business and close deals with ease
• A strong South Florida network or the drive to build one quickly
• Excellent communication, creativity, and people skills — you connect naturally
• Self-motivated, upbeat, and able to juggle multiple events at once
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when the magic happens
