What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Monitor customer usage of products and services to drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Develop individual success plans for each customer to ensure adoption, expansion, and loyalty
- Maintain deep understanding of the CollaborateMD Platform and the EverHealth portfolio of products
- Share best practices to help customers close process gaps and improve success metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant service/relationship management experience
- Prior SaaS account management experience highly desired, healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Experience managing multiple tasks effectively
- A willingness to take initiative and solve problems
