Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with Blue Ridge Medical Center located in Blue Ridge, GA and we are searching for an Executive Assistant.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the hospital’s executive leadership team, including the CEO, CFO, and CNO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professional discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives on supporting senior leaders to achieve operational and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the CEO, CFO, and CNO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily activities.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations for executive review.

  • Screen and direct calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and discretion.

  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) and ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports for the executive team.

  • Support hospital board activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for meetings, site visits, and community engagements.

  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, notices, and monthly administrative calendars.

  • Manage departmental supply orders, copier maintenance, and other administrative needs.

  • Collaborate with hospital departments, medical staff, and corporate offices to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.



Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent business/administrative experience preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office setting, preferably within healthcare or a corporate environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Certifications:

  • Notary Public certification preferred (or ability to obtain).


Work Environment

  • Office-based position with frequent interaction with staff, executives, and community stakeholders.

  • May occasionally require irregular hours to support meetings or special events.

  • Must be able to maintain composure and confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, walking, and standing.

  • Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copiers.
