What You'll Do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the leadership team with various duties ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel for the leadership team in an organized and efficient way.
- Coordinates company events, logistics and team coordination to support a positive team environment.
- Plans and supports functions for weekly, quarterly, and annual planning sessions in an efficient manner.
- Records and tracks personal expenses for CEO through QuickBooks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepares reports and presentations as needed.
- Assists with new hire screenings and other miscellaneous items ensuring timely completion.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
Position Requirements:
- 1+ years of Executive Assistant/ Administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Docs, Microsoft Office products and ChatGPT.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Assertive, supportive, self-directed, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, efficient, high follow through, research and problem-solving skills, collaborative.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Alignment with our core values and mission.
Other Important Information:
Position Pay: Salaried position
Reports To: CEO
Core Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Hours can be flexible as needed)
Typical Work Week: Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week (some weekends & evenings)
