Job Overview
Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant - CFO go above and beyond managing calendars and screening calls. You will provide specialized support to our Chief Financial Officer, VP Accounting, and our VP Financial Planning & Analysis. You will be responsible for organizing their schedules, assisting with travel arrangements, making sure they're prepared for their commitments, and taking care of tactical and logistics-related tasks - so they can focus their time and energy on what's most important.This position has an in-office commitment of atleast three days and candidates must be based in and/or commutable to our Chicago, IL downtown office.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Calendar Management - Scheduling meetings and appointments and ensuring the leaders' time is optimized
Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for business trips and events
Meeting Coordination - Preparing agendas, gathering materials, coordinating logistics, and taking minutes
Document Preparation - Drafting correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and appropriate formatting.
Project Coordination
Support strategic initiatives by tracking deliverables, timelines and follow-ups
Coordinate leadership meetings, take detailed notes, and manage action items

Minimum Qualifications
- A proven go-getter with demonstrated ability to deliver on your commitments.
- Atleast 5 years of providing administrative support within an organization
- 7-10 years in a role supporting executive leader(s), technology industry preferred
- Knowledge of or interest in technology industry preferred

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$82,000 and $124,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
