The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead this next chapter — a culinary architect with the passion and precision to define Sarasota’s most exclusive private club.

You will create and direct an inspired menu that honors tradition while embracing modern artistry. Collaborating with visiting Michelin-starred chefs, you’ll deliver a standard of excellence that resonates with our distinguished membership and reflects the quiet luxury that defines our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a refined, globally inspired menu that celebrates coastal sophistication.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-caliber culinary team committed to excellence.

  • Oversee all kitchen operations — from menu development and purchasing to cost controls and presentation standards.

  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership to shape the culinary direction, service rituals, and guest experience.

  • Curate exclusive events with celebrity and Michelin-star partners.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of fine-dining or luxury-hospitality experience, with leadership in Michelin-recognized or elite club environments is a bonus.

  • Exceptional creativity balanced by strong business and operational acumen.

  • Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams in a culture of craftsmanship and respect.

  • Expertise in premium proteins, seafood, and ingredient-driven cuisine.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience required; relocation assistance available.
