About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing hospitality group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for an exciting, high-volume, chef-driven concept. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, team leadership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire the culinary team to maintain consistent excellence in food quality and presentation.

• Oversee kitchen operations including menu development, ordering, inventory, food and labor cost management.

• Collaborate with ownership and management to drive brand standards, seasonal updates, and innovation.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Maintain a strong presence on the line and during service to ensure execution aligns with the restaurant’s vision.

• Build and retain a strong culinary team through mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary leadership role within a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.

• Proven success in managing costs, maintaining consistency, and fostering a positive kitchen culture.

• Strong culinary skills with a creative and disciplined approach to menu development.

• Experience in contemporary American, modern Italian, or upscale casual dining preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Passionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to guest satisfaction.
