We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations within our upscale, high-volume restaurant. Executive Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in upscale, full-service dining
  • Lead all Back-of-House (BOH) operations, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency across all menu items
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, building a high-performing and motivated culinary team
  • Manage kitchen labor, food costs, and inventory to achieve profitability targets
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee menu execution, presentation, and adherence to brand recipes and standards
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance; train team members on proper food handling and allergen protocols
  • Analyze BOH financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate P&L reporting
  • Demonstrate strong leadership presence, fostering communication and alignment across all departments
  • Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
