We are in search of an Executive Chef with at least 3 years of experience in large banquets, concessions, catering, or venue operations. If you are hungry to create a great culture in a fast paced and operationally diverse environment, we want to talk to you!
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Coach, train, hire, correct staff
- Manage numerous event centers and private events with food/staff
- Manage the P&L, inventories, ordering, costs
- Ensure all local health codes are enforced with compliance
- Communicate consistently and timely with clients
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Must have executive chef level experience of at least 3 years in catering, banquets, or concessions.
- Able to handle a fairly large staff and complex operation
- Full P&L responsibility with bonus based off of performance
- Personable, Polished, Confident Leader, Humble, Open Minded
- Clean records, no DUIs
