High-volume, full-service restaurant seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, manage a skilled culinary team, and uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role oversees food production, cost control, and staff development in a scratch-cooking environment known for exceptional service and hospitality.

EXECUTIVE CHEF REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of culinary leadership experience, including prior Executive Chef or senior BOH role
 - Skilled in food cost management, labor controls, and inventory systems
 - Proven success in staff leadership, training, and retention
 - Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
 
EXECUTIVE CHEF PREFERRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- Experience in high-volume, polished casual or scratch-kitchen settings
 - Background in managing multiple service periods or large-scale operations
 - Track record of improving efficiency and profitability
