Job Description
We are looking for someone to lead our kitchen.

- Having a culture of care and respect for your kitchen and the product that it serves.
- Following existing recipes and taking opportunities to improve as needed.
- Developing new recipes which are thoughtful, well-vetted, documented and costed.
- Working with management to innovate and evolve which keeps our loyal clientele engaged and coming back.
- Holding your team accountable to the restaurant's standards and doing so while devleoping, teaching and encouraging them to be better and more knowledgeable cooks.
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine
- Minimum 3 years in a commercial kitchen, at least 2 of which with supervisory experience e.g. Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef.
- Two references from previous employers
