Independent, Design-Driven Hotel | Midwest- Great Lakes
We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at one of the region’s most design-forward, independent hotels. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape an acclaimed restaurant that celebrates creativity, community, and craftsmanship.
The Executive Chef will guide a talented team in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art kitchen, taking ownership of the food program across restaurant, bar, and events. The right leader blends artistry with precision, fosters collaboration over ego, and brings energy, vision, and balance to the role.
What We’re Looking For
Currently working in the U.S.
Currently an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Sous ready for the next step
Proven ability to lead multi-outlet or high-volume, chef-driven operations
Hands-on creativity with strong command of cost control, labor, and P&L performance
A builder of teams and culture who leads with mentorship and respect
Naturally collaborative with service and beverage leadership
No egos, only energy, passion, and pride in craft
