Mirae is a new modern Asian fusion concept with a European twist, blending bold flavors and refined techniques from across Asia. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, drive menu execution, and bring our creative vision to life in Brookhaven, GA.
While our menu and brand identity are established, this role will play a key part in refining execution, improving systems, mentoring the team, and bringing a chef-driven perspective to our culinary program. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who values creativity, precision, and collaboration, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience (preferably in fine dining or high-volume upscale environments)
- ServSafe certification required
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team
- Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Exceptional palate and attention to presentation, flavor balance, and consistency
- Experience developing or refining menus in collaboration with ownership/creative teams
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
