We are a celebrated coastal dining group known for fresh seafood and stunning waterfront views, is seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This role will partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, lead staff development, and ensure an exceptional guest dining experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong culinary expertise and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, quality-driven environment.

Executive Sous Chef’s Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience (Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager level)
- Strong skills in training, mentoring, and BOH team development
- Proficient in inventory, ordering, food costing, and scheduling
- Proven ability to oversee kitchen staff, scheduling, and daily operations in a high-volume setting.
Executive Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with seafood or coastal cuisine
- Execution in PDRs and Events
- Proven success building positive kitchen culture
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service
- A proven track record of collaboration with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
