Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional food quality.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
  • Create and maintain innovative menus that align with our brand identity.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume ($6 - $15 million a year) upscale casual scratch restaurant in a similar role.
  • Proven success in leading large, high-performing teams (10-20 cooks per shift).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for Spanish and Cuban cuisine preferred.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
