What They Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)
• Sales-oriented individual with a proven track record in customer service and upselling
  

• Proven success in sales and customer service
  

• Familiarity with domestic and Asian makes
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  

• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas while building long-term relationships
  

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  

• Goal-driven and thrives under pressure
  

• Willingness to learn and grow under experienced leadership
