Experienced 1099 TECHS ONLY!

Lantech Communications LLC handles day-to-day installations for major Cable TV and Internet providers. We have a strong track record of excellent customer service, a friendly work atmosphere, and a knowledgeable technician base capable of handling any job. We are looking to hire qualified technicians who can provide a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Resolve, repair, and install Fiber and Coax internet according to company guidelines
• Set up and configure residential networking equipment (ONTs, routers, switches)
• Analyze and record test results on company-issued and customer devices
• Interface with customers to identify and resolve service issues
• Drive safely between home/office, warehouse, and work sites
• Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with all required equipment
• Complete paperwork accurately and update work order status

Key Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• White minivan or pickup truck with ladder rack
• Ability to pass nationwide background check and drug screening
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, kneel, sit, stand, or bend for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Able to work in all outdoor conditions
• Reliable and dependable

Pay & Benefits

• 1099 Contractor Position
• Direct Deposit: Every Friday (payments start Week 4 for Week 1 jobs)
• Average Pay: $1,500–$2,500 per week, depending on location, experience, and number of jobs performed
