Experienced HVAC Service Technician at Blue Fox Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.*Responsibilities:** Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.* Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.* Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.* Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.*Qualifications:** *Experience:* At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.* *Customer Service:* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.* *Problem-Solving:* Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.* *Work Ethic:* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.* *Certifications (Preferred):* EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Overtime payWork Location: In person
