We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Designer to join our talented team. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician / Designer with expertise in zirconia, E.max, 3Shape software, milling, 3D printing, and all aspects of the digital dental workflow. The ideal candidate specializes in fixed restorations such as crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and full-contour zirconia hybrids. The candidate must be competent in all areas of the dental lab, including model work, mounting, removable, and traditional fixed restorations. 3Shape Experience Required: Digital design Provisionals Crown and bridge Custom abutments Implant restorations Zirconia hybrids 3Shape Experience Suggested: Implant Studio Surgical guides Experience Dental Technician: Minimum 2 years Dental CAD/CAM Design: Minimum 2 years CDT or MDT certification: Preferred, but not required Minimum Qualifications Expertise in all aspects of the digital dental lab process, including scanning, setups, processes, and terminology Familiarity with milled E.max and zirconia techniques Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality restorations Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in dental anatomy and terminology Exceptional aesthetic sense and attention to detail Deep understanding of morphology and functional design for both anterior and posterior restorations, essential for full-mouth rehabilitation Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced prosthodontists and lab technicians Job Type Full-Time Work Location: In-person, Broward, FL 33321 (Reliable commute or willingness to relocate preferred) Salary $70,000 to $85,000 per year (depending on skills and experience) Education Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred Benefits 401(k) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Insurance Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
