Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems, including wiring, panels, outlets, lighting, and safety devices.
• Execute every call using the Nexstar Six-Step Service System: Prepare, Greet, Explore/Evaluate, Present, Execute, Wrap-Up.
• Document findings, recommendations, and work performed in ServiceTitan.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, presenting solutions and safety recommendations.
• Maintain tools and service vehicle to company standards.
• Follow all electrical codes and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred.
• Valid drivers license and ability to meet background/drug screening requirements.
