We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative and professional environment where excellence is the standard.*Position Overview:*We are seeking an *experienced trial attorney* with significant civil litigation background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex cases from inception through trial, particularly in the defense of automakers or large corporate clients. This role requires strong courtroom skills, exceptional legal writing, and the ability to manage high-volume, high-exposure cases in both California state and federal courts.*Key Responsibilities:*· Lead all phases of civil litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.· Serve as lead or co-counsel in jury and bench trials involving product liability, warranty disputes, consumer claims, and related defense matters.· Develop litigation strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.· Supervise and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff on case teams.· Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive case management.· Stay current on developments in California and federal law impacting automakers and product liability defense.*Qualifications:*· J.D. from an accredited law school.· Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.· 8+ years of litigation experience, with substantial first-chair or second-chair trial experience in civil cases.· Background in defending automakers, manufacturers, or corporate clients strongly preferred.· Experience in both California state and federal courts required.· Superior oral advocacy, legal writing, and analytical skills.· Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.*Compensation & Benefits:*· Competitive salary commensurate with experience.· Performance-based bonuses.· Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.· Professional development and continuing education support.Job Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90071
