Expo/Runner at The Sicilian Butcher Tatum

The modern-casual meatball and butchery-inspired concept is the first of its kind to launch in Phoenix. Brought by visionaries and operators of Tomaso's, Hash Kitchen, The Mexicano, and The Sicilian Baker. The Sicilian Butcher is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant developed by celebrity chef Joey Maggiore.

Requirements  

• Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one
• Must have experience, a positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests. 
• You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 20 pounds, and be available to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
  

A Day in The Life

The Food Runner will work with both culinary and servers to present food to our guests. The Food Runner will support removing used dishes and good table maintenance while running food to the table. You will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by keeping the dining area clean and serving food in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
• Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests (asking for the check, etc.)
