Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 11:55 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000-$77,000/year
Work Location: In-person
Responsibilities Include:
• Lead and direct hourly union personnel in fabrication operations
• Assign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity
• Ensure safety compliance and resolve safety concerns
• Maintain accurate records, enforce work rules, and support morale
• Coordinate workflow across departments to ensure efficient production
• Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes
• Communicate effectively with engineering, other shifts, and leadership
Qualifications:
Education: High school/trade school diploma required; apprenticeship or post-secondary education preferred
Experience:
5+ years in manufacturing/fabrication
3+ years in supervisory/management
3+ years with Microsoft Office
2+ years with ERP systems
Basic welding (preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, blueprint reading, and workstations setup
Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to supervise in a union environment
