Job Title: Facilities Associate (Mechanic) Location: Saint Helena, California Specialty: Plant Maintenance, Electrician, Mechanic, Technician, Lineman Start Date: 11/17/2025 End Date: 02/15/2026 Pay $20/hr Job Description Client is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Associate (Mechanic) to assist with maintaining facility operations, vehicles, and equipment. This position performs a variety of routine, preventive, and general maintenance duties to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Complete work orders and repairs in offices, common areas, and mechanical spaces. Patch, sand, and paint walls or other surfaces as required. Replace light bulbs, fuses, and perform minor electrical repairs. Handle minor plumbing tasks (unclog drains, fix leaks, etc.). Assemble, move, and repair furniture or fixtures. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, safe workspace and remove trash/debris. Monitor and report safety hazards or major repair needs. Support HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and inspections. Restock maintenance supplies (light bulbs, batteries, filters, etc.). Provide setup and takedown support for special events. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
