Anticipated Pay Range: $95K-125k per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.

JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for service, installation and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment .
- Responsible for construction projects in the NJ facility .
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and maintenance.
- Maintain and upgrade the facility through general maintenance and new construction.
- Manage service contracts for heating and cooling equipment and general building requirements
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expected to assist in the implementation of Howmet's EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.
- Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Report all job-related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook).
- Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
- Attend all EH&S training.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions
Develop and manage all on site construction related projects
Develop and manage all on site HVAC projects
Develop and manage all on site boiler, heating and cooling projects
Handle monthly , quarterly and yearly service contracts and maintain service records:
Maintenance and repairs of dust collectors
Services on cooling tower and boiler chemicals
Maintenance and repairs of cooling towers
Manage quarterly maintenance and repairs of loading docks and overhead doors
Manage maintenance, service and repairs of HVAC , chillers and other heating and cooling equipment
Manage maintenance , service and inspections of boilers
Fencing and gates throughout the facility
- CAPEX projects associated with above
- Develop and handle any additional service contracts needed for facilities equipment
Recommend and implement spare part inventory to support new equipment.
Manage purchase orders , invoices and capital budgets as needed
- Investigate and recommend equipment and area improvements
- Maintain and upgrade the facility.
- Recommend preventative maintenance procedures and frequency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder')
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Associated Degree in construction management, construction engineering, or related field
- Heating and Cooling certification/degree/training
5 to 7 years experience with strong background in construction projects , heating and cooling operations and projects

Relocation benefit maybe offered for this position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of electrical control systems.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and C.A.D.
- Strong interpersonal skills required for supervisory responsibility.
