We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mountain Run at Boyne Resort in Boyne Falls, MI. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance team by supervising, directing, and coordinating daily work assignments and tasks for our skilled technicians.

What You’ll Do:
•Inspect, operate, and maintain guestrooms, common areas, and mechanical systems
•Apply knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and pools
•Use intermediate digital literacy for scheduling and assignments
•Perform maintenance tasks and quality inspections
•Maintain logs and preventive maintenance records
•Lead emergency repairs when needed
•Monitor team efficiency, quality, and guest response times
•Take on additional duties and special projects assigned

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • Flexible to work varied days, including weekends, and/or holidays
  • Valid driver’s license
  • CPO Certified (Certified Pool Operator), preferred
  • Ability to climb stairs, work on ladders up to 40 feet, push or pull up to 100 lbs., lift or carry up to 50 lbs., grasp, stoop, and reach overhead.
     

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Technical diploma.
  • 5-7 years of building and/or property maintenance.
  • 1+ years of management or supervisor.
