Currently, One Nevada is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill the full-time position of Facilities Maintenance Technician. The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides maintenance/repair service at each location. The duties and responsibilities include maintenance and repair services. This position also performs electrical repairs and troubleshooting of electrical problems, as well as preventative maintenance on the HVAC and CCTV equipment. The Facilities Maintenance Technician performs regular cleaning of ATMs and exterior asphalt/sidewalks, installs, modifies and repairs conduit runs as well as performs plumbing repairs and troubleshooting of plumbing problems. Lock work and changing of combinations, carpentry, drywall, and maintenance duties are also part of the job functions. An all-inclusive drug screen is required to secure this position.

General knowledge of HVAC and CCTV systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, lock work, carpentry, drywall, and construction are necessary. Skills using electrically powered hand tools, working with live electrical lines and operation of a personal computer are required. The ability to effectively communicate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and vendors is necessary. A valid Nevada driver's license, the ability to maintain regularly scheduled attendance and lift 55 pounds are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required plus, three years' experience in maintenance work, including areas such as HVAC, CCTV, electrical, plumbing, lock, drywall, and carpentry.
