Jefferson Einstein Medical Center, part of Jefferson Health, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist specializing in Urogynecology, Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS), and Neuro-Urology. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist with a focus on Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS)and Neuro-Urology to join our team at Jefferson Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia. Position Overview: Full-time faculty position within the Einstein Urology Residency Program (3 residents per year). Academic appointment through Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. Multidisciplinary collaboration, including opportunities to teach OB-GYN residents. Active participation in resident and medical student education and clinical research programs. Established patient panel with wait times exceeding 40 days. Provide specialized care in urogynecology, female urology, female pelvic reconstruction and neuro-urology, including treatment for pelvic floor disorders, incontinence, and voiding dysfunction. Perform in-office procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and urodynamics. Participate in inpatient rounding. Dedicated OR block time, with access to robotics. Work alongside a team of 6 urologists, 15 residents, 3 APCs, and 22 staff. Minimum Requirements: MD/DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program. Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery (URPS) or equivalent experience preferred. Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology (ABS). Eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration. Compensation RVU-based compensation in year three.
