- $85,000–$120,000+ annual earnings (base + bonuses) with clear paths to exceed the $120,000 earnings early on in your career based on performance. We expect our attorneys to earn $100,000+ within one year with the firm, even when they are recent law school graduates.

$85,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and post-judgment issues.
 - Handle your own full caseload and manage client relationships with empathy and strategy.
 - Appear regularly in court; attend mediations and depositions, and take ownership of litigation from day one (with mentorship and support as needed).
 - Draft motions, pleadings, and legal arguments at a high level.
 - Some of our attorneys handle appellate work, and we have an option for a position to grow into a full time appellate position.
 
Expectations & Requirements
- Minimum: 110 billable hours per month (1,300–1,400 annually) with bonus tiers for performance.
 - Demonstrated interest or experience in family law litigation.

- A licensed Michigan attorney (or pending license).
 - A strong writer and persuasive speaker with excellent communication skills.
 - Goal-oriented with the grit to advocate for clients during court hearings and negotiations
 - Empathy to help clients through difficult times, but also be able and willing to share blunt truths with clients.
 - A team player who supports and uplifts others — we’re Better Together.
