Our comprehensive practice covers:Family LawCriminal DefenseDUI/DWI DefensePersonal Injury Litigation*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.* Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.* Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to client matters.* Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.* Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.* Manage case files efficiently to ensure timely progress on all matters.*Requirements** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Admission to the state bar association and good standing.* Strong knowledge of family law, personal injury and criminal defense is preferred.* Excellent legal research skills and proficiency in writing clear and persuasive legal documents.* Ability to litigate effectively with strong advocacy skills.* Previous experience in a law office setting is a plus.* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.If you're ready to elevate your career while enjoying the coastal California lifestyle, we want to hear from you!
