Offer:

Salary: $130,000 to $200,000

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Family Law Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, work directly with clients, and be part of a firm that values professional growth and community impact.

Responsibilities
-Represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.

-Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.

-Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.

-Provide compassionate, clear, and strategic legal counsel to clients.

-Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure excellent service and outcomes.
 

Qualifications
-Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

-Active license to practice law in North Carolina.

-5+ years of family law experience preferred, but candidates with litigation experience and a strong interest in family law will be considered.

-Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to manage a caseload independently while working as part of a team.
